We will gladly accept a Money Order or certified bank check payable in US Dollars.
Finding out the exact amount to send us to order items is easy, but requires a few more steps than placing your order online since you do not have a credit card:

  1. Print off this PDF Order Form at http://www.nailtrainerhand.com/images/order_form_gweipdf.pdf
  2. Go to our shopping cart.
  3. Click on the items you wish to buy, select the quantity amount you want, then click the BUY button.
  4. Continue until you have everything you want selected.
  5. Click the CHECKOUT button on the right side of the page.
  6. Click the NEW CUSTOMER button if you live inside the USA, or the INTL CHECKOUT button (at the bottom left) if you live outside the USA.
  7. Enter in your name, address, and other info (to “pretend” you are ordering online, but the address must be correct in order to calculate the shipping costs).
  8. Write down the items in the summary section at the BOTTOM of this page onto the ORDER FORM.
  9. Click NEXT.
  10. On this next page, you will find shipping quotes listed.  Write the exact shipping cost onto the Order Form.
  11. Obtain a USD (United States Dollar) Money Order for the TOTAL amount from your bank.
  12. Send it to us CERTIFIED MAIL along with the completed Order Form to:

  13. Be sure to keep a copy of everything for your records.

Upon receipt, we will email you confirmation of your order placement and ship the item(s) within 24 hours.

 

Credit Card Purchases (by phone)
We accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards ONLY if ordering by phone. Call us on (country code 001) 816-229-0611 to place your order. All orders will be processed in American dollars, then shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation, along with shipping/online tracking details.

How to Make A Purchase Online Using Your Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards or Paypal - Secure online payment transactions. account.
Making a purchase is easy. Orders processed via our shopping cart using your Visa card , MasterCard or PAYPAL account will automatically be taken in American dollars (USD).

  1. In the shopping cart, select the items you wish to purchase (by either clicking on the desired CATEGORY on the left side of the screen or by clicking on the words "Click to Get Details " underneath the item.)
  2. To purchase an item, select the "PERSONALIZATION option" of your choice (if the item has one), then click on the BUY button. Continue to shop for other items. After you have selected all the products you want...
  3. Click the CHECKOUT button on the right side of the screen. (You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.)
  4. Select the payment method you prefer (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal)...then complete the required details.
  5. After the order is placed, within one minute you will receive an email confirmation.
  6. Once we fill your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

NOTE:  None of your financial information is ever transmitted to us through Paypal.


If you have tried to place an order through our shopping cart without success*, below are some of the common reason why rejection will result:
1) You used a credit card from a source other than Visa or MasterCard.
2)  The billing address or name on the credit card did NOT match the same name and/or address printed on your monthly credit card statements.  They MUST be exact.
3) You are typing your BILLING address in the SHIPPING address section. On our shopping cart, the shipping address is requested first, followed by the billing address.
4) You are attempting to place the order in the DOMESTIC cart. All international orders must be completed on the INTERNATIONAL side of the cart. Simply scroll down the ordering page, then click the button that says "Click Here for International Addresses" to proceed.
5) If you reside in a country with provinces, you must type in the province name.
6)Your bank does not support AVS (Address Verification System) which protects us from fraudulent orders. You may consider using the PAYPAL purchase option if you are from a country where your bank does not support AVS.

7) The billing address given was entered incorrectly.

-----Incorrect entry: Address Line 1 = 6249
                                 Address Line 2 = Main Street

-----Correct entry:    Address Line 1= 6249 Main Street (then leave the Address Line 2 blank)

8) Your credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit CVV2 security code (on the back of the card) was entered incorrectly.
9) There was not a sufficient balance to carry the full amount of the order.

Shipping Costs and Procedures
The United States Postal Service (USPS) will deliver your shipment anywhere in the world. You may use THIS PAGE to obtain detailed information regarding exact shipping costs.

The built-in, automated "CALCULATE SHIPPING" feature on our shopping cart provides you with accurate shipping costs.

Import duties/customs/taxes/fees - International orders only
On international orders, if applicable, all import duties/customs/taxes/fees are not included and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Schedule
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We will normally ship your order to you within 24 hours. A table listing ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES is provided on THIS PAGE for your convenience.

Back Orders
One the rare occasion your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order it for you. We will always notify you via e-mail and/or phone. We will automatically ship your goods to you when they become available. Back orders are infrequent but do occasionally occur, especially on very popular items.

USA Tax Charges
ONLY the state of Missouri, USA residents are required to pay 6.850% on the total of the order placed (excluding shipping costs).  

Credit Card Security (CVV2)
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.  Our credit card server is VERY safe.

When placing your order, your credit card's security code will be required. This code is the LAST 3 DIGITS on the back of your credit card and can be found here:

This 3-digit code is never transferred to us by any electronic means.

Money Back Guarantee and Returns Policy
Any of the Nail Trainer hand kits/Combo kits/Jumbo kits, etc., can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less a 20% restocking fee and original postage and handling costs. 
All products contained in the kit must be returned in the original packaging and packed well to prevent damage while in transit.

Upon receipt, it will be inspected for damage or missing items then the applicable refund will be credited to accountholder within 72 hours, with email confirmation sent to customer.  

Defective DVDs will be replaced without question, but we appreciate the defective DVD returned to us.

All other items are are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Privacy Policy
The privacy policy at Gina Wallace Enterprises, Inc. is simple. We do NOT and WILL NOT sell or disclose the buyer's information to third parties that are unrelated to the Nail Industry. On occasion, however, we may provide your name and email address to a very limited number of NAIL RELATED affiliates whom we feel you would benefit by receiving their information.  As we do, each of these affiliates also respect your privacy and will remove your name and/or email address from their database if you instruct them to do so (simple instructions included in every email for permanent removal).
